Red Kantha Cushion
Another beautiful cushion, hand made here by Carole using a vintage kantha cotton and backed with natural Irish linen.
The kantha cotton has been built up from many layers of repurposed fabrics, all hand stitched together with small running stitches. The resulting fabric is full of character with signs of wear that add to it’s charm.
This is a rather bold design, which is softened by the age and wear. We have more than one, but each is slightly different - so all unique.
The cushion cover is removable and fastens with 3 sturdy shell buttons. It comes complete, stuffed with a plump feather inner.
